HOW TO USE:

Proper application and consistent use ensure long-term benefits. Start by washing feet thoroughly with warm water to remove dirt and to allow pores to open. Once a week, use the INUKA Mineral Foot Scrub to remove dead skin before applying balm.

To ensure that the balm adheres well to the skin, dry feet and areas between toes thoroughly with a clean, dry towel.

Apply a generous amount of foot balm to the entire foot, focusing on the heel, sole, and any dry spots. Use circular motions to massage the balm into the skin to boost blood circulation and enhance absorption.

 For very dry feet, apply morning and night. For best results, apply balm before bed and wear cotton socks to lock in moisture overnight, allowing the balm to work its magic while you sleep.
